Changes come and go.
Like old and new years rocket
away beyond the horizon.
You sit and wait for their return, just to face
more pain, more sorrow.
Do you stay low and fair?
Do you relinquish in that distant hollow,
or hope for more love, wishes and beer?
You stay patient thinking, time is something you have more;
of now than ever
But the truth is; time is something you have less of everyday.
After a long wait you discover that,
every single second, changes as fast as a new year.
In January, time waits for no man running till December.
Then, all of a sudden, 2004 is lost forever in just minutes.
