Africa Poem
Few are the words to explain my love for Ethiopia.
For whom could I be Sudan?
if you were not there Ghana.
I am so grateful to have Congo.
Whom will I be Egypt?
Where will I be Namibia?
What would the reason be for life without Uganda?
I will be a lost desolated soul Mali.
An entity wasted in un healing despair Eritrea.
So much love I receive unconditional Kenya.
For nothing but because I am a value Gambia,
a value so worth for just you Morocco.
It is so strange to be happy Burundi,
tears just flow and I cry of bliss Tanzania.
More strange is this delight I feel Senegal,
that sometimes I do not know what to do Angola.
It takes time for hearts to heal Rwanda.
And it takes time to convince the sorrow ghost Somalia,
that the battle is won South Sudan.
Over and over nightmares come again Nigeria.
But the battle was won Liberia.
What is left are just cowards Central African Republic.
So lets pick up our spear and shield Zimbabwe,
for challenges are still to come Libya.
Warriors do not quit Algeria,
without a sign of blood Tunisia.
We have no time to waste Zambia.
We have a throne to occupy South Africa.
